1.Order and acceptance

Each order received consist an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to BOX JEWEL acceptance and may be refused at BOX JEWEL discretion in case where orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, an error relating to the price or description of the products as displayed on the web and the products that you have ordered are no longer available through the e-store.

An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you. If you do not receive an email, contact BOX JEWEL before you try to place another order for the same product.

You will receive a call from our delivery service before your order is dispatched confirming that your order has been accepted.

2.Product availability
BOX JEWEL  will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the web store regarding prices, description or the availability of the products and may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. BOX JEWEL will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.

 

3. Prices and payment
The product price is always the price indicated in the web shop when you place your order. The prices include VAT. Payment method is Cash on Delivery.
